Alphabet reported Q2 revenue of $119.8 billion, above Wall Street’s $116.93 billion estimate, as Google Cloud revenue rose 82% and YouTube ad revenue rose 13% to $11.055 billion. Net income reached $112.11 billion, or $9.11 per share, boosted by $98 billion in unrealized investment gains. Alphabet said free cash flow was negative $5.9 billion after heavy AI infrastructure spending. Shares fell in extended trading after the company raised its 2026 capital spending outlook to as much as $205 billion.
