The reporting
Cockpit voice recorder data from the Amazon Air Boeing 767 that overran a Miami International Airport runway show one pilot repeatedly warned for nearly two minutes that the aircraft was too fast, while alarms called out excessive speed and low altitude. Flight data indicate the crew may have tried to abort the unstable landing and go airborne again just before the plane left the runway. The NTSB said it found no evidence that speed brakes or thrust reversers deployed before impact; the crash killed five people in two vehicles.
