Judge Tony Baumgartner allowed the 36-year-old singer to proceed with his Breezy Bowl XX world tour after he paid £4 million immediately, with the remaining £1 million due in seven days. Imposed bail conditions require Brown to surrender his passport and avoid contact with the victim. He will appear in court again on June 20, right after tour dates in the UK starting from June 15.
