Clavicular Charged With Rape

Braden Peters, known online as “Clavicular,” has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and procuring liquor for someone under 21. The criminal case appears to overlap with a civil lawsuit filed earlier this year by an 18-year-old woman. In that suit, she accused Peters of getting her drunk and having nonconsensual sex with her at his parents’ Cape Cod home. She also alleged that he injected her with an unapproved substance and used her image for profit. Peters’ representative called the charges “bogus” and said he has not been physically served, while court records list charges filed Sept. 8. Peters denied the allegations and posted on X that people wanted his money. An arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 14, 2026, on Cape Cod.
