Dolly Parton’s estate filed for a restraining order against her nephew Bryan Seaver, accusing him of threatening violence and trying to extort money while disrupting estate business. The dispute sits inside Parton’s posthumous estate and business structure, run by longtime manager Danny Nozell through She’s Alive LLC to protect her professional property and other interests.
