McFadden was born and raised in Brooklyn, then broke through on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam in 1991. He later appeared on In Living Color, where he played multiple characters. His television work included Martin, Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, Coach, Moesha and Curb Your Enthusiasm. He also appeared in films including Little Nicky.
