Perez Hilton is receiving medical care after emergency crews went to his Miami home Tuesday over reports he was livestreaming acts of self-harm on TikTok. His family and team said Wednesday he was able to communicate; on Thursday, they said his three children, niece and sister were inside the home minutes before the incident and fled. TikTok said a moderator error delayed removal of the livestream, it alerted law enforcement, and Hilton’s account was banned for violating its rules.
