An ICE officer fatally shot Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a 52-year-old Mexican national, during an attempted immigration arrest in Houston at about 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, DHS said. DHS said he rammed an ICE vehicle, ignored commands and tried to run over an agent before the agent fired.
