New Mexico Epstein Probe

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued the U.S. Justice Department and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche in federal court in Washington, D.C., seeking unredacted Jeffrey Epstein files for a state criminal probe. The lawsuit says DOJ withheld records needed to investigate alleged sex crimes at Epstein’s former Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County and blocked New Mexico’s access despite prior requests. A bipartisan state Survivors’ Truth Commission said it had confirmed reports of five women and minors abused at the ranch. The dispute puts Blanche’s handling of Epstein-related records under formal court challenge.
