Fox Removes Maria Bartiromo

Fox News Media said Maria Bartiromo left the network effective Thursday after more than 12 years, and Fox handed her Sunday program to a replacement. Her exit followed allegations that she shared internal Fox editorial guidance with White House trade adviser Peter Navarro after Trump’s July 16 election-integrity speech, including instructions not to promote Trump’s 2020-election claims. Navarro said Bartiromo passed him network mandates. Bartiromo has not publicly commented; her lawyer Bryan Freedman disputed firing reports, saying she is “still an employee at Fox,” as Trump supporters criticized the replacement.
