Following an altercation, the suspect fled but was captured the next day. Identified as 27-year-old Martin Villalobos Jr., he had a restraining order against him for being on the property. He was charged with several crimes, including aggravated kidnapping and child endangerment, and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
