What happened
A Russian drone struck a locomotive near Yahodyn by the Ukraine-Poland border Sunday morning. No injuries were reported. The strike came shortly after a diplomatic train carrying Boris Johnson, Carl Bildt, David Petraeus and European security advisers had left the area after a Kyiv security conference. Ukrzaliznytsia said the drone may have targeted that train; Russia said it struck railway infrastructure in western Ukraine. People on the route were evacuated. The broader overnight attack used more than 450 drones and missiles, killed at least six, and triggered Polish alerts.
