Shelley Fabares, the actor and singer known for The Donna Reed Show, Coach and the No. 1 single Johnny Angel, died Saturday in Los Angeles at 82, her family said. No cause of death was announced. Fabares became a TV regular as Mary Stone on The Donna Reed Show, later played Francine Webster on One Day at a Time and earned two Emmy nominations for Coach. She also starred in three Elvis Presley films in the 1960s and had been married to M*A*S*H actor Mike Farrell since 1984.
