Utah 4th District Judge Tony Graf ruled Tuesday that Tyler Robinson, 23, must stand trial on all seven counts in the killing of Charlie Kirk, finding prosecutors had shown probable cause. Robinson pleaded not guilty after the ruling to charges including aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury.
