The reporting
San Francisco 49ers principal owner Jed York pleaded no contest on Aug. 24 in Columbiana County, Ohio, to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools after prosecutors amended an initial engaging-in-prostitution charge. Court records say York, 46, had arranged to pay $140 for sex in response to an online ad. East Palestine police arrested him Sunday at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community with assistance from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. He paid $1,150 in fines under the plea agreement.
