Lindsay ClancyAmerican murderer (born 1990)’s Massachusetts triple-murder trial said the panel was split 11-1 for acquittal by lack of criminal responsibility, and that the lone holdout said he had reasonable doubt but would not vote to acquit. Judge William Sullivan declared a mistrial on September 4 after more than six days of deliberations. Clancy is charged with killing her three children in January 2023. Defense lawyer Kevin ReddingtonKevin Reddingtoncriminal defense attorney said he hopes to reach an agreement with prosecutors after the mistrial.
