Lindsay ClancyAmerican murderer (born 1990)’s lawyer, said he will file a September 29 motion to dismiss her murder case on double-jeopardy grounds after a mistrial in the deaths of Cora, Dawson and Callan. The trial deadlocked when one juror did not join others who favored finding Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. Jurors who spoke publicly described disputes over mental-health evidence and said nurses on the panel tried to persuade the holdout. Reddington also rejected online speculation accusing Patrick Clancy of involvement.
